Patch 69
Here are the details for patch 69 :
1. Chinese New Year Event
2. Romanian version Beta Released
3. Vault of Yellow Dragons Dungeon modified
Details for New Year Event.
There's a Fortune Teller NPC in Hefei, from who you can buy keys to open the boxes that are lying in front of him. You get a different quest depending on the Fortune Letter number (and each fortune letter has some advice too Wink ) . The main Quest can be got by collecting the fortune letter numbers 2,0,0,9 (*better collect all letters 0 to 9 but for main quest u need two letter zero)
Once you get the numbers, you will see the appropriate Quest info appear on map.
Romanian Version.
From launcher -> Options, you can drop down and choose Romanian, to see the text in Romanian. Note : This is in beta. The events cannot be seen in Romanian, and neither are some other features.
Vault of Yellow Dragon.
You need to kill the main boss to get access to the Six rooms now.

For Thanksgiving, we wanted to thank all our players for contributing to our game and being patient while we continue to make improvements. With that in mind, we have planned several promotions and events that players can take part in for the holiday. Please check back as we will be adding more events and promotions throughout the week!
Item Mall Promotions
- Every 30th person that purchases 90 Day Premium Package, will have the coins spent on that item refunded within 72 hours of the event ending. (Promotion runs from 11/27-11/30)
- The player that spends the most coins in the item mall within the event period will obtain a Wan Daye +10 Weapon within 72 hours of event ending. (Promotion runs from 11/27-11/30)
- Anybody who spends 5000 or more coins will have 15% of the total coins spent returned to them within 72 hours of the event ending. (Promotion runs from 11/27-11/30)
- All elixirs half off on Friday, November 28th.
Events
November 27th - 2x Experience All Day
Yes folks, now you have the opportunity to get double experience all day!
This event will begin at Midnight November 27th and run for 24 hours. (Starting at 12 am GMT for Bardo and 12 am PST for Asura and Nirvana)
November 28th - Boss Spawn Event at 6pm
Meet in Bloody Plains for a solid hour of boss spawning. Help your friends, and try to survive!
This event will begin at 6pm (GMT for Bardo, and PST for Asura and Nirvana) on November 28th.
November 29th - Treasure Spawn Event at 6pm
Meet in Hefei for your chance to open one of the many chests that will be spawned for an hour. This may be your lucky day!

Ghosts of All Saint's Day Halloween Event
According to BluFlash (Site Admin) posted on official 9D forum,
-To get in the spirit of the holiday, we will be launching a Halloween event after the next maintenance.
-To trigger the quests, you will have to speak to Zou Ziliang in Hefei.
-All levels are welcome to participate, and all the ghosts' levels will be in line with the map that they appear on.
-Each Ghost will drop either a candle, pumpkin, or gold powder.
-After collecting enough of each, you can exchange them for a Pumpkin Mask with Nam Hyunjin in Hefei.
-Wearing the mask will allow you to receive additional gifts from various NPCs in Hefei.
Stay tuned for more information!

Answer by VGM:It ends the 6th but its officially removed once the patch is released to remove the event.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:
You have to collect
-50 Pumpkins (From Ghost of Starvation, Green ghost)
-50 Candle (From Ghost of Dark, Purple Ghost)
-50 Gold Powder (From Ghost of Riches, Red Ghost)
(Not all the ghosts drop the items)
In Zhengzhou I don't know where we can find ghosts, but in
-Jinan these spots are not bad to find ghosts.
-Nanchang I know only one spot and I finished 3 times at this spot :P ( wander up and down the hill you will finish the quest in short time if not crowded)
After you collect 150 items, then go and speak with Zou Ziliang in Hefei (Hefei clinic) and then the rest is just follow the route.
The Rewards for this Event Quest are
1. Pumpkin Hat
- +200dmg +200CK dmg
-+15%speed
-+10 all attribute
2. Pill +50% speed 1Hour x10
3. Pill Recovery 150 VE every 3 sec for 30 min x10
4. Pill Recovery 150 PV every 3 sec for 30 min x10
5. Material refinement for +4, +5 and +6 (worth 13Blood Essence)
